Refund policy

We kindly ask that customers review all product details before placing an order. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or product details, please feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.

Return Policy 

We do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Eligible returns are accepted for store credit only.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. Items must also be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or any signs of wear. Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for store credit.

All accessories, sale items, discounted items, and any item marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: Items from past collections, clearance pieces, and special relaunch collections (including Soft Reset) are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any return requested after this timeframe may be denied.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged + Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review it and make it right for you.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Update 📦
Due to recent rate increases from United States Postal Service (USPS), our shipping rates have been updated:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $14 flat rate
  • Priority Mail: (1-3 business days): $25 flat rate
  • Free shipping on orders over $150

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email after placing your order
  • A second email with tracking information once your order ships

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after receiving your shipping confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable if carriers do not meet their estimated delivery times. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
